LUCCA LEADERSHIP FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM

An International Course in Leading Change

This prestigious course runs from the 3rd - 10th September at Goedgedacht farm, just outside of Cape Town. There are only 32 places and all applications need to be in by 1st August for the selection process. 

This is a dynamic course and incredibly valuable for anyone who wants to make a difference or activate change.

WHAT THE PROGRAM OFFERS

The week-long residential leadership program offers participants practical experience and insight into:

- Developing awareness

- Managing energies

- Great communication and the power of dialogue

- Being fit to lead in all aspects

- Leadership styles

- Planning, communication, teamwork & delegation

- Decision making and impact

- A case study day at Robben Island

- Formulating a personal vision and action plan

- Reflection

The program offers these skills through highly innovative experiential tasks that are specifically designed for leadership training and development. The learning from these leadership experiences can then be implemented into the participant’s own lives, social projects, organizations and companies, thereby equipping them with the skills and confidence to see and meet the needs around them.

WHO SHOULD APPLY TO THE FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM?

We're looking for people (18 years+) who want to make a positive change in the world or people who already are. Whether you're volunteering for a small grassroots community project, running a large organisation, creating art that inspires and uplifts, just lightening the lives of those around you or wanting to start making a difference, we're looking for leaders who believe in service and filling the needs around them, people who want to change the world in whatever way they can. The full course cost is high subsidized at R5500 (all inclusive, except flights) and full and part bursaries are available.
